The club I believe was called the White House in
West Virginia. That might be a lucky guess. I would
need to see more of the room to say for sure.

Man Mark, almost forgot about White House! I’m pretty sure, even though it was the season of Schnapps, it wasn’t the White House …. this club was further North …. tease, tease, tease!

My other guess would be Birdies in New York state. That’s further north. The third guess would be The Roadhouse in Jamestown NY.

Well Mark, I doubled checked both of these pics that Mary Jane had sent - The Cole Bros Mother, and on the back was marked the same: Snug Harbor; Mayville, NY; May 28, 1978. Now, most of you MC Rockers know that Club as “Snuggs” - so judging from these pics, was Mary Jane correct?

That is snuggs. And you guys also played just down the road in Westfield, NY at a place called the GARAGE. It was always packed full of PA folks who could drink at age 18 then. Best years of my life then. We lived in PA just across the NY line in a town called North East, just before you get to Erie. We used to see Red, White, and Blueberry, plus Eric Carmen as well. Great music.

I thought that was Snugs! Spent many, many, many nights there, even remember one or two! Denny DeMambro ran the place, super nice guy. May 28, 1978, good chance I was there but I don’t see the back of my head. Of course, I rarely see the back of my head, so I can’t be sure!
